Q: Why is the machine l received wet? ls this a used product?
Rest assured that we test every unit underwater before packaging to ensure it works properly before delivery. Therefore, it is normal for the machine to be slightly damp or have water stains.
Q: How effective is it at cleaning up microscopic debris?
C2 uses a dual-stage filtration system: a 180µm pre-filter catches larger debris, and a 10µm fine filter specifically targets and removes microscopic particles, ensuring exceptionally clear water.
Q: How to Clean a Dirty Pool (First-Time Opening/Use)？
For Large Debris: First, run the cleaner in Floor Only mode without the fine filter. It will vacuum up leaves and sand directly into its main basket.
For Fine Particles: After that, install the fine filter and run a standard cycle (e.g., Turbo). The fine filter will trap tiny particles.
Tip: The fine filter clogs quickly in dirty water. You may need to rinse and reinstall it several times to finish the cleaning.
Q: Can very dirty water affect the robot's performance?
The robot is designed for daily pool maintenance. If the water is extremely cloudy or has heavy debris, we recommend running your pool's circulation and filtration system first to improve water clarity before using the robot for optimal cleaning performance.
