We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
We do not ship to: Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Ceuta (Spain), Melilla (Spain).
Island Shipping
We support delivery to major EU islands including Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica, and Palma de Mallorca.
For small or remote islands, we cannot offer door-to-door delivery. You may use a forwarder or shipping warehouse located in mainland Europe. Please ensure a valid mainland forwarding address is provided at checkout. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
VAT & Invoices
All product prices shown on our website include VAT. After purchase, a VAT invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If your billing address differs from your shipping address (e.g., for company purchases), please ensure this is clearly stated during checkout. We cannot modify invoice details after the order is placed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.
Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via DHL or DPD. The estimated delivery time of non-island orders is 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier conditions.
Note: For pre-sale products, delivery time depends on availability and is specified on the product page.
Shipping Instructions
Please make sure to provide accurate details (name, full address, and contact number) to ensure successful delivery.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package. If it is visibly damaged or deformed, do not sign or open it. Contact our support team immediately at support_eu@wybotpool.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our Order Track page. For further assistance, contact us. We typically reply within 24–48 hours.
Multiple Items in One Order
We try to ship all items together, but some items may arrive separately due to different warehouse locations or carriers. You will receive separate tracking emails if applicable.
Changing the Shipping Address
You may cancel your order within 3 hours to update the shipping address and place a new order. Once the item is shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping information.
Order Cancellations & Address Errors
If you cancel an order more than 3 hours after placing it, return shipping fees may apply.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, the customer will bear full responsibility. WYBOT will not re-ship or refund such orders.
