VAT of the Purchase/Sale

All prices shown on our website include VAT. The customer will always specify at the time of purchase if the billing information should be different from the delivery, for example if it is a company. This must be specified from the very beginning, as after the purchase no changes will be made to the invoicing other than those specified before the time of purchase.

 

Transport Cost

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal(excluding Madeira and Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, Hungary, Greece, Finland.
We have the following table of general shipping costs for European Union countries (excluding Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Guernsey and Jersey).

In the Peninsula

The cost of transport to the peninsula will have a generic transport cost of 60.00€. The amount will vary depending on the weight and overall dimensions of the order.

In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
All products shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have a shipping cost of 100.00€ (there will be other products in which the shipping cost will be higher depending on the weight and size of them).

 To Portugal ( Madeira and Azores)

We are currently unable to deliver to Madeira and Azores.

 

How will my delivery be shipped?

 DPD and DHL as our logistics partner to ship out our products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons.

How long does delivery take?

3-7 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

Order Tracking

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting our website and entering the tracking number in the Order Track.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes: If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply. If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. WYBOT will not replace the order or issue a refund.
