All payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our authorized payment service providers. WYBOT does not store your full payment card details.
Klarna Payments
Klarna payment options, including the number of installments available, are subject to Klarna’s own policies and approval process. WYBOT cannot influence, modify, or guarantee the installment options offered by Klarna.
VAT & Invoices
All product prices shown on our website include VAT.
For most EU orders, a VAT invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout after purchase.
If you do not receive your invoice but require one, please contact our customer support team at support_eu@wybotpool.com .
If your billing address differs from your shipping address (e.g., for company purchases), please ensure this is clearly stated during checkout. We cannot modify invoice details after the order is placed.
