Excelent product, so far no complaints.
Does a great job cleaning walls and floor of my pool. Completely charges solar in 3-4 hours.
Ho installato il Solar vision S2 da una settimana e posso dire che al momento sono davvero soddisfatto. Per prima cosa non devo più monitorare continuamente il cavo che si attorcigliava su se stesso dopo poche ore di funzionamento. L'S2 pulisce bene e la stazione di ricarica in acqua è perfetta perché devo tirarlo fuori dall'acqua solo quando voglio pulire i filtri. Unica pecca ma che al momento non crea problemi, la mia piscina è a sfioro e quindi i 2 piedini anteriori della base di ricarica devono per forza poggiare sul lining. Sono super soddisfatto!!
I can't believe we waited so long to purchase this solar cleaner. We had purchased one other brand (not solar), that didn't do the job, didn't clean the walls, etc...
This Wybot cleans our pool better than the pool company we have come 2 times a month! It gets all the "gritty" sand from the bottom and cleans the walls and waterline in a methodical manner. We love it. It chages fairly quickly via electric (fastest) or solar power. Recommend highly!!
The S2 Solar Vision has a sleek design that fits perfectly with my pool area. I bought it mainly for daily maintenance, and it does a great job keeping my pool clean with minimal effort. Once set up, it operates automatically—when the battery runs low, it returns to its solar charging station on its own. I mostly control it through the app, which is very convenient.
The only minor downside is that on cloudy days when solar charging isn't enough, I have to manually charge it. The solar panel does require strong sunlight to work efficiently, so keep that in mind if you live in an area with frequent overcast weather.
Overall, it’s been a reliable cleaner that saves me time and effort. If you have good sunlight most of the time, this is an excellent choice!

A: Rest assured that we test every unit underwater before packaging to ensure it works properly before delivery. Therefore, it is normal for the machine to be slightly damp or have water stains.
A: We strongly recommend updating both the robot and dock to the latest firmware. We continuously optimize the user experience, and updating to the latest version will ensure optimal performance.
Best solution:
1. Check the current version in "About Device" in the APP
2. Enable automatic updates in the APP
3.Remove the robot from water and charge it using the AC adapter. Ensure the charging location has WiFi coverage (must match the WiFi information configured on the dock). During charging, the robot will automatically check and update firmware, taking approximately 30 minutes for the entire process.

A: For heavily soiled pools (such as the first cleaning in spring), relying on the solar-powered dock to charge the robot may not provide enough energy for frequent cleaning. In these cases, use the AC adapter to charge the robot.
For routine maintenance, adjust the scheduled cleaning intervals based on how much sunlight reaches your dock. If your dock's location receives limited sunlight, schedule cleanings every 2 days or less frequently.
