LED Indicator Status： The device features an LED indicator on its head. The light signals the following statuses:
- Blue: Normal operation.
- Yellow: Low battery, needs charging.
- Purple: Connecting to the app.
- Red: Powered off.
Rest assured that we test every unit underwater before packaging to ensure it works properly before delivery. Therefore, it is normal for the machine to be slightly damp or have water stains.
Its main motor drives a jet of water outward, giving the machine a reaction force that keeps it firmly attached to the wall. In this way, the machine can easily complete the task of cleaning the walls.
It can filter out sand well because it has a 180um filter that can intercept most of the garbage.
Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.
The robot is designed for daily pool maintenance. If the water is extremely cloudy or has heavy debris, we recommend running your pool's circulation and filtration system first to improve water clarity before using the robot for optimal cleaning performance.
Please check if a Cleaning Cycle Duration is set in the app. It may simply be completing its programmed cycle.
