Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.
Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.
1.Please charge the battery immediately upon receiving the robotic pool cleaner.Please note that the machine needs to be fully charged before initial use.The indicator light is red when charging, and green when charging is complete.
2.Before charging, dry the charging pins with a dry towel, and then proceed with the charging.
3.When this cleaner is not in use, please charge it every three months for battery maintenance.

Very good product with deep daily cleaning
The dumbest job I can think of must be pool cleaning, and I've got years of experiencing it. As we live on a remote windy island, there is a thriving business for 'pool cleaners' charging up to 40€/session for twice or more weekly service.

No more poolboy attending his cellphone while holding a stick. The Wybot S2 is super practical to handle, beautifully designed, does a better job at cleaning than me or anyone else, fascinates our cat, does night shifts as well (see picture), and pays itself back in less than five months!
We seriously consider ordering a second one just in case (ours gets lonely)... It's too early day for us to review reliability but we're having a fabulous start with our purchase, also in terms of pricing, delivery service and provider responsiveness. We named our S2 "LOBITO" aka little seawolf after the island Lobos, Canarias, ES. In sum: HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE !!!
I have been using the robot for less than a week. So far I am satisfied with its performance. However, I would like to be able to see in the app when the cycle is finished and to be able to stop it even if the cycle is not completed.
